The Mad County Build is available in two size options. We are excited to showcase our design in both a standard and large version. The large is our personal post frame barndominium. It was the featured series on our YouTube channel beginning in 2019. Information on those plans can be found HERE.
Coming in around 2,000 square feet, the Mad County | Standard is a wonderful family barndominium option. 3 total bedrooms with a main floor primary suite and 2.5 bathrooms. It is designed for post frame construction.
It includes a two-car oversized garage that could be expanded to fit someone's shop needs.

Each build set is for the construction of one residence only. Reproduction of our plans in any of their forms or multiple build use is prohibited.
Study Set | $225 (may be applied as a credit towards plans)
When you feel inspired by post frame barndominiums, but you haven't decided what's best for you! A study set is for those interested in obtaining cost estimate or inspiration for custom plans. A study set will not include exact measurements or all of the information needed for construction.
We do not allow use of the study set for creation of plans outside of our design team.
Modifications | $350+
Choosing to modify one of our available plans is often a cost effective way to have a custom feel. Prior to purchasing the plans you'll have a consult to estimate the feasibility, cost, and timeline for the modifications. Our plans are designed for post frame construction, but can often be converted to stick build or steel frame design. Please note that construction conversion may require information from intended suppliers.
